Prayer Power

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Prayer Power application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Prayer Power is a free prayer journal and community app that allows users to track personal prayers, share prayer requests, join prayer circles, and engage with a community prayer wall. The App is provided "as is" and is free to use with no premium tiers or subscriptions.

3. User Accounts

• An account is not required for core features (prayer journal, timer, categories, testimonies).
• An account is required for community features (Prayer Circles, Prayer Wall, Cloud Backup).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of all content you create in the App (prayers, updates, testimonies).
• By posting content to shared spaces (Prayer Circles, Prayer Wall), you grant Prayer Power a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content to other authenticated users within the App.
• You are solely responsible for the content you post. Do not post content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is reported by other users.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Post spam, misleading content, or commercial advertisements.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App to collect personal information about other users without their consent.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is owned by Prayer Power and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT DATA WILL NOT BE LOST.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PRAYER POWER, ITS DEVELOPERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE APP (WHICH IS $0, AS THE APP IS FREE).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prayer Power and its developers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

10. Termination

• You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Local data remains on your device. Cloud data will be deleted upon account deletion.

11. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the United States.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Prayer Power regarding the use of the App.
